I agree with DKHM…this is appliqued on a quilt block. This is a very challenging design and has many pieces to it. I am sorry to say that I do not know where you can get a real pattern for it…but you can always make your own pattern, just make a cardboard pattern in the size you need plus 1/4″ all the way around each piece to press under.
