Oak Alley by Bonnie Blue Quilts is approx 78" x 78". Oak Alley is probably the most photographed plantation and has been the setting for motion pictures and TV shows such as "Interview with a Vampire", "Primary Colors" and the daytime soap opera, "Days of our Lives."
Oak Alley was built in 1839, however the quarter mile long alley of 28 majestic oak trees were planted long before the home was constructed. Sometime in the early 1700's a French settler claimed the land and planted the double row of live oaks leading from his cottage to the Mississippi River.
