How I can remove zinc cream from a couch.?

My son is 2 years old, only stained Sudocrem (zinc cream) all over our sofa. I tried cleaning with a damp cloth, but not really helpful. I'm not sure what the fabric of the sofa is made, it's like a cotton cloth heavy. Does anon know how I could make it disappear?

Hi This kind of stain is one of the most difficult to remove the carpet. I recommend using a wet vac and slowly pour hot almost boiling water (a kettle) on the ground and vacuum up at the same time, (this will open the ports dye stain release. and remove the residue from the sofa). If the stain is still visible than try to put Dawn dishwashing liquid (4 or 5 drops in a cup water) or carpet spotter. Moisten the ground letting soak on the stain for about 5 minutes and repeat step one. After this you should rinse the area again with the Wet and hot water. If this fails, try using orange glo or even 409. The most important thing to do is to wash the stain with a wet vacuum cleaner and hot water from a kettle to remove all residents, or the ground may return. Only as a last resort if you have alcohol Blot the chemical at the place and then remove with a towel and repeat, keep doing this until the stain is gone or that interrupts the transfer. Then rinse the stain with a vacuum hot and humid remove all residents, please be careful with what product you use (PH neutral carpet cleaning solution is best).
